Leading the Future of OOH
The Founder & Chairman of All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) has attributed the official registration of the association with the DGTO to the collective hard work of all executive members.
He stated that it is a matter of great pride that this industry—valued at billions of rupees—ranks among the top tax-paying industries in government records.
"Insha'Allah, we will now move forward by taking all associations across Pakistan along with us to secure the rightful position for this industry."

I am honored to become an Executive Member of APOAA. Over the past 33 years, I have witnessed our trade evolve from humble roadside business into a nationally recognized industry.
During my tenure as President of the Punjab Outdoor Advertising Association (2008–2013), I dedicated myself to elevating our business sector's prestige. While certain milestones remained out of reach then, they have now become a reality.
I am deeply inspired by the leadership of Mr. Mian Muhammad Rafiq. His success in securing DGTO, SECP and FPCCI registrations has laid a transformative foundation for us.
I am fully committed to supporting this vision, ensuring our trade achieves its rightful status and a prosperous future for all members.

While Out of Home (OOH) Associations existed in various cities across Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Rafique, C.E.O of Hafiz Brothers Media Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, transformed a years-long dream into reality in 2026. By laying this foundation stone, he accomplished a monumental task for the OOH world, earning a place of permanent distinction on the platform. This vision brought together leading operators with a shared goal for a regulated, professional, and unified industry.
The association achieved its legal corporate status by registering with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Section 42 of the Companies Act, ensuring a transparent and structured governance framework.
APOAA is formally licensed by the Directorate General of Trade Organisations (DGTO), Ministry of Commerce. This official and legal registration grants the association the required status to represent the OOH sector at a federal level.
As a registered member of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), APOAA collaborates with the apex body to advocate for the outdoor advertising industry within Pakistan’s supreme business forum.
The association established provincial chapters in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan, enabling region-specific representation and advocacy for members across the country.
With a growing membership nationwide, APOAA continues to champion the OOH industry following the vision of "One Voice One Vision". The association remains dedicated to providing equal business opportunities and bringing the industry to international standards.
