Welcome to the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA). These terms govern the professional relationship between the association and its digital visitors or registered members.

1. Regulatory Status & Authority

APOAA serves as the premier trade body for the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry in Pakistan. We are officially recognized and registered with:

  • Directorate General of Trade Organisations (DGTO)
  • Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan

All activities under this association are governed by the Trade Organizations Act.

2. Membership Classifications

Eligibility for access to specific Association resources is determined by membership status:

  • Corporate Members: Registered entities actively owning or operating outdoor media.
  • Associate Members: Creative agencies, printing houses, and tech suppliers.
  • Honorary Members: Distinguished individuals nominated for extraordinary industry service.
3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided on this portal—including policy documents, research data, and industry reports—is the property of APOAA. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing or commercially redistributing this data without express written authorization.

4. Code of Ethical Conduct

Members of APOAA are bound by a professional code of conduct that includes:

  • Adherence to structural and safety engineering standards for all billboards.
  • Compliance with PHA, KMC, and other local municipal regulations.
  • Transparent and ethical business competition.
