Alhamdlilah ! After nearly four decades, Pakistan's outdoor advertising industry has achieved a historic milestone. The All-Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) has been officially recognized as the representative trade body of the industry, and the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) has authorized APOAA to issue FPCCI membership certificates to eligible outdoor advertising companies.

- آپ کے کاروبار کو ٹریڈ آرگنائزیشنز ایکٹ 2013 کے تحت وزارتِ تجارت اور وفاقی حکومت سے تسلیم شدہ باقاعدہ قانونی حیثیت فراہم کرتی ہے۔
- فیڈریشن کا یہ سرٹیفیکیٹ/ممبرشپ ایف بی آر (FBR) سے لے کر صوبائی اور میونسپل اداروں تک کارآمد ہوگا۔
- فیڈریشن کی یہ ممبرشپ انڈسٹری کے اندرونی تنازعات میں ثالثی (آربٹریشن) کے فیصلوں کو عدالت انصاف میں قانونی مدد دے گی۔
- یہ ممبرشپ ایسوسی ایشن کے الیکشن میں ووٹ ڈالنے کا حقدار بناتی ہے، اور اگر کوئی ایڈورٹائزر الیکشن میں بطور امیدوار حصہ لینا چاہتا ہے تو اس کی اہلیت کے لئے بھی یہ ممبرشپ لازمی ہوگی۔
- اگر آپ کی کمپنی کے کسی ممبر کو بیرون ملک سفر کرنا ہے تو اس ممبرشپ کا لیٹر ویزے کے حصول میں آپ کو معاونت فراہم کرتا ہے یعنی ایک معتبر کاروباری بناتا ہے۔
- یہ آپ کی فرم کو آفیشل (بی ٹو بی) ایکٹو ممبر ڈائرکٹری میں شامل کرتا ہے، جس سے آپ کی کمپنی تصدیق شدہ جانی جائے گی۔ اس ممبرشپ کے بعد آپ کی کمپنی کو دوسری صنعتوں کے ساتھ کاروبار کرنے میں اعتماد سازی کی ضرورت نہیں پڑے گی۔
