Who We Are

The All Pakistan Outdoor Advertising Association (APOAA) is an organization created to bring Pakistan’s outdoor advertising industry together under one voice and one vision. It represents businesses involved in billboards, hoardings, digital displays, transit advertising, and other forms of Out-of-Home (OOH) media. Working in coordination with the Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO) under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, APOAA aims to make the industry stronger, more organized, and professionally managed. Our mission is to unite outdoor advertising companies across Pakistan on one platform where they can discuss industry challenges and work together for common growth. APOAA focuses on protecting the interests of all members, promoting transparency and ethical practices, encouraging modern design and safety standards, and helping resolve regulatory matters with government authorities. The association also supports training programs, seminars, and conferences to improve professional skills and raise the overall standards of the industry. Our vision is to develop Pakistan’s outdoor advertising sector into a modern, organized, and respected industry at both national and international levels, contributing to economic growth, urban development, and the country’s overall progress.
