APOAA Pledges Support to Emad Yasin Saeed Bhatti & PIAF Panel for LCCI Elections
Patron-in-Chief of Hafeez Center and prominent businessman Emad Yasin Saeed Bhatti visited the head office of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), where he was warmly received by APOAA Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique and Sr. VC Mian Naeem Taj.
During the visit, APOAA Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique briefed the guest on the outdoor advertising industry, its scope, overall importance, and the ongoing activities of the association. Emad Yasin Saeed Bhatti praised the industry’s development and the efforts of APOAA, assuring the leadership of his full cooperation and support.
As Emad Yasin Saeed Bhatti is contesting for the Associate Class in the upcoming Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) elections, APOAA Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique assured him of complete backing and announced full solidarity with the entire PIAF panel.

APOAA Delegation Attends: FPCCI Lahore Hosts Unveiling of Simplified Quran Translation
LAHORE: A prestigious launch ceremony for a simplified and accessible Urdu translation of the Holy Quran, authored by prominent businessman, religious scholar, and former Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan, was held at the regional office of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) in Lahore.
The event was attended by executive members of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), Arfan Khawar Dar, Adeela Noman, and Tariq Mahmood, who specially participated to pay tribute to this noble religious effort.
Over 100 dignitaries from various walks of life attended the ceremony, including Patron-in-Chief of the United Business Group (UBG) S.M. Tanveer and FPCCI Regional Chairman Zaki Aijaz. Addressing the gathering, former Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan shared that the objective of this translation is to present the divine message in easy-to-understand Urdu, enabling everyday people to seamlessly integrate Islamic teachings into their daily lives.
The APOAA representatives commended Abdul Haseeb Khan’s lifelong religious and philanthropic contributions. At the conclusion of the ceremony, complimentary two-volume sets of the Quran translation were distributed among all attendees, including the APOAA delegation.

فیڈریشن آف پاکستان چیمبرز آف کامرس اینڈ انڈسٹری (FPCCI) کے ریجنل آفس لاہور میں معروف بزنس مین، عالمِ دین اور سابق سینیٹر عبدالحسیب خان کے سلیس اور آسان ترجمہ قرآن کی باوقار تقریبِ رونمائی منعقد ہوئی۔ تقریب میں آل پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز ایسوسی ایشن (APOAA) کے ایگزیکٹو ممبران عرفان خاور ڈار، عدیلہ نعمان اور طارق محمود نے بالخصوص شرکت کی اور اس دینی کاوش کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا۔
تقریب میں پیٹرن ان چیف یو بی جی ایس ایم تنویر، ریجنل چیئرمین زکی اعجاز اور مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھنے والے 100 سے زائد افراد شریک ہوئے۔ عبدالحسیب خان نے بتایا کہ اس ترجمے کا مقصد قرآن کے پیغام کو عام فہم اردو میں پیش کرنا ہے تاکہ عام شخص بھی اسلامی تعلیمات کو زندگی میں ڈھال سکے۔
APOAA کے نمائندگان نے دینی و فلاحی خدمات پر عبدالحسیب خان کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ تقریب کے اختتام پر APOAA کے وفد سمیت تمام شرکاء میں ترجمہ قرآن کے دو جلدوں پر مشتمل نسخے بلا معاوضہ تقسیم کیے گئے۔
APOAA, TDAP Agree to Strengthen Collaboration
A delegation of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), led by Secretary General Col. Shahid Hassan (R), visited the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Lahore office and met with Director General Punjab Region, Ms. Rafia Syed.
The delegation included Executive Members Mian Sajid Shahzad and Nadeem Zaeem.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation for the development and promotion of Pakistan’s advertising and outdoor advertising industry.
Ms. Rafia Syed appreciated APOAA’s DGTO registration and recognition at the Federation level, congratulating the association on its achievements. She also recognized advertising as an important trade for Pakistan and assured APOAA of TDAP’s cooperation in promoting the industry.
Both sides agreed to further strengthen institutional collaboration and discussed signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at future joint events.

APOAA کے سیکریٹری جنرل کرنل شاہد حسن (ر) کی قیادت میں ایسوسی ایشن کے ایگزیکٹو ممبران میاں ساجد محمود اور ندیم زعیم نے TDAP کے لاہور دفتر کا دورہ کیا، جہاں TDAP پنجاب ریجن کی ڈائریکٹر جنرل محترمہ رافعہ سید سے ملاقات ہوئی۔
ملاقات کے دوران APOAA کی DGTO میں رجسٹریشن اور فیڈریشن آف پاکستان چیمبرز آف کامرس اینڈ انڈسٹری (FPCCI) میں شناخت کو سراہا گیا۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل محترمہ رافعہ سید نے APOAA کی تنظیمی و تجارتی حیثیت کو اہم پیش رفت قرار دیتے ہوئے ایسوسی ایشن کے عہدیداران کو مبارکباد دی۔ انہوں نے اشتہاری صنعت کو ملک کی ایک اہم اور مؤثر ٹریڈ قرار دیتے ہوئے اس کے فروغ کے لیے ادارہ جاتی تعاون کی اہمیت پر بھی زور دیا۔
ملاقات میں آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز کی ٹریڈ کی ترقی، ملکی و بین الاقوامی سطح پر پاکستانی اشتہاری صنعت کے فروغ اور دونوں اداروں کے درمیان مستقبل میں تعاون کے امکانات پر تفصیلی تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔
محترمہ رافعہ سید نے اشتہاری صنعت کے فروغ اور APOAA کے ساتھ تعاون کو مزید مؤثر بنانے کے لیے اپنے بھرپور تعاون اور معاونت کا یقین دلایا۔ اس موقع پر اس امر پر اتفاق کیا گیا کہ مستقبل میں مشترکہ تجارتی سرگرمیوں اور تقریبات کے انعقاد کے لیے دونوں اداروں کے درمیان باقاعدہ مفاہمتی یادداشت (MoU) پر دستخط کیے جائیں گے۔

Lahore Chamber President Faheem Sehgal Visits APOAA Booth, Emphasizes Industry Development and Mutual Cooperation
LAHORE: During the ongoing Flex Printing and Sign Board Manufacturing Exhibition at Lahore Expo Centre, President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Faheem Sehgal, made a special visit to the booth of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA).
On behalf of the APOAA leadership, Mian Naeem Taj, Mian Muhammad Sajid, and other representatives welcomed the President of the Lahore Chamber. On this occasion, he was given a detailed briefing about the Association’s activities, ongoing initiatives for the promotion and development of the Outdoor Advertising Industry, and the procedure for obtaining membership.
Faheem Sehgal also visited the stalls of printing and sign board manufacturing brands participating from across the country and reviewed the latest printing machinery, technologies, and new developments taking place in the industry.
On the occasion, the President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Faheem Sehgal, appreciated APOAA’s efforts for the development of the Advertising Industry and its initiatives for the business community. He stated that APOAA is not only working for the interests of the Advertising Industry but is also playing an important role in promoting the development, stability, and mutual cooperation of the wider business community.
He expressed his commitment to further strengthening cooperation between the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and APOAA, so that joint initiatives can be undertaken to address the challenges faced by businesses associated with printing, sign board manufacturing, and outdoor advertising, while also promoting the growth and development of the industry.

APOAA Delegation Visits DPS World Pakistan 2026 Exhibition, Signs MoU with FAKT Group for Future Projects
LAHORE: A delegation of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), led by its Founder and Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, along with the association’s executive members, visited the 9th International Digital Printing & Signage Exhibition, DPS World Pakistan 2026, held at the Lahore Expo Centre.
The exhibition was organized by FAKT Exhibitions, featuring local and international companies showcasing their latest products and technologies in digital printing, signage, LED systems, printing machinery, billboard manufacturing, outdoor advertising, and related sectors.
The APOAA delegation visited various exhibition stalls and reviewed the latest technologies and emerging trends in digital printing, signage, and outdoor advertising. APOAA also set up a dedicated booth at the exhibition to create awareness among business professionals about the association’s membership and its platform. Since flex printing is an important component of the outdoor advertising industry, bringing businesses associated with this sector together under the APOAA platform is considered important for promoting the collective interests of the industry.
During the visit, the delegation also held meetings with industry professionals and representatives of various participating companies, briefing them about APOAA’s objectives, services, and ongoing initiatives for the development of the outdoor advertising industry.
On the occasion, APOAA Founder and Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique held an important meeting with Saleem Khan Tanoli, CEO of FAKT Group of Companies, to discuss mutual cooperation and future joint projects. Following the meeting, both organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote cooperation and collaboration on various future projects.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Muhammad Rafique said that Pakistan’s digital printing, signage, and outdoor advertising industries are rapidly moving towards modern technologies. Such platforms not only provide opportunities to learn about the latest industry trends but also create new avenues for business networking, collaboration, and joint ventures.
It is pertinent to mention that DPS World Pakistan 2026 is being held from August 21 to 23 at the Lahore Expo Centre, bringing together local and international experts, business representatives, and professionals associated with the printing, signage, digital media, and related industries.

اس موقع پر میاں محمد رفیق نے کہا کہ پاکستان میں ڈیجیٹل پرنٹنگ، سائن ایج اور آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزنگ کی صنعت تیزی سے جدید ٹیکنالوجی کی جانب بڑھ رہی ہے۔ ایسے پلیٹ فارمز نہ صرف صنعت کے موجودہ رجحانات سے آگاہی فراہم کرتے ہیں بلکہ کاروباری اداروں کے درمیان نئے روابط اور مشترکہ منصوبوں کے مواقع بھی پیدا کرتے ہیں۔
واضح رہے کہ DPS World Pakistan 2026 کا انعقاد 21 سے 23 اگست تک لاہور ایکسپو سینٹر میں کیا جا رہا ہے، جہاں پرنٹنگ، سائن ایج، ڈیجیٹل میڈیا اور متعلقہ صنعتوں سے وابستہ ملکی و غیر ملکی ماہرین اور کاروباری نمائندگان شرکت کر رہے ہیں۔
APOAA Delegation Visits Riaz Mansoor Trust, Distributes Gifts Among Thalassemia Children
A delegation of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), led by Founder and Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, visited the Riaz Mansoor Trust. The delegation included Executive Members Sheikh Fahad, Irfan Dar, Mian Sajid, Tariq Mahmood, and Secretary General Col. (Retd.) Shahid Hassan.
The management of Riaz Mansoor Trust warmly welcomed the APOAA delegation, presented them with bouquets, and arranged a tour of various departments of the hospital operated by the Trust. On the occasion, the Trust management also gave the delegation a detailed briefing about the establishment of the institution, its medical facilities, and various welfare projects.
APOAA Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique met with children suffering from thalassemia and distributed gifts among them. While inquiring about their well-being, he expressed his best wishes for their speedy recovery and appreciated the medical facilities and welfare services being provided by the Trust to deserving patients.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Muhammad Rafique said that serving the underprivileged and deserving segments of society is a collective responsibility. He said that institutions like Riaz Mansoor Trust are playing a commendable role in serving humanity in distress, and such welfare initiatives should continue to be encouraged and supported.
It is pertinent to mention that APOAA Founder and Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique has been among the donors of Riaz Mansoor Trust for several years and has continued to support the Trust’s welfare activities according to his capacity.
اپوا وفد کا ریاض منصور ٹرسٹ کا دورہ، تھیلیسیمیا کے بچوں میں تحائف تقسیم
آل پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزز ایسوسی ایشن (APOAA) کے وفد نے بانی و چیئرمین میاں محمد رفیق کی قیادت میں ریاض منصور ٹرسٹ کا دورہ کیا۔ وفد میں ایگزیکٹو ممبران شیخ فہد، عرفان ڈار، میاں ساجد، طارق محمود، ندیم زعیم اور سیکریٹری جنرل کرنل (ر) شاہد حسن شامل تھے۔
ریاض منصور ٹرسٹ کی انتظامیہ نے اپوا وفد کا پرتپاک استقبال کیا، پھولوں کے گلدستے پیش کیے اور وفد کو ٹرسٹ کے زیرِ انتظام اسپتال کے مختلف شعبہ جات کا دورہ کرایا۔ اس موقع پر ٹرسٹ انتظامیہ کی جانب سے وفد کو ادارے کے قیام، طبی سہولیات اور فلاحی منصوبوں کے حوالے سے تفصیلی بریفنگ بھی دی گئی۔
چیئرمین اپوا میاں محمد رفیق نے تھیلیسیمیا میں مبتلا بچوں سے ملاقات کی اور ان میں تحائف تقسیم کیے۔ انہوں نے بچوں کی عیادت کرتے ہوئے ان کی صحت یابی کے لیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا اور ٹرسٹ کی جانب سے مستحق مریضوں کو فراہم کی جانے والی طبی سہولیات اور فلاحی خدمات کو سراہا۔
اس موقع پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے میاں محمد رفیق نے کہا کہ معاشرے کے محروم اور مستحق طبقات کی خدمت ایک اجتماعی ذمہ داری ہے۔ ریاض منصور ٹرسٹ جیسے ادارے دکھی انسانیت کی خدمت میں قابلِ تحسین کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں اور ایسے فلاحی منصوبوں کی حوصلہ افزائی اور معاونت جاری رہنی چاہیے۔
واضح رہے کہ اپوا کے بانی و چیئرمین میاں محمد رفیق گزشتہ کئی برسوں سے ریاض منصور ٹرسٹ کے ڈونرز میں شامل ہیں اور ٹرسٹ کی فلاحی سرگرمیوں میں اپنی استطاعت کے مطابق معاونت کرتے آ رہے ہیں۔

During the meeting, the distinguished guests appreciated APOAA’s efforts for the promotion and development of the industry and trade, and expressed their best wishes for the Association. They also assured their full support for the development, stability, and growth of the outdoor advertising trade in Sindh, stating that such initiatives represent another important step towards the promotion of the industry, greater unity, and a stronger future.

Islamabad: A delegation of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) participated in the Pakistan Economic Summit 2026, held at the Jinnah Convention Centre under the auspices of the United Business Group (UBG) and the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI).
The delegation was led by Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique and included Senior Vice Chairman Mian Muhammad Naeem Taj, Secretary General Lt. Col. (R) Shahid Hassan, and Executive Member Nadeem Zaeem.

Lahore, July 1, 2026: The All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), under the sponsorship of its Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, supported the launch ceremony of the second edition of the book LDA Rules & Regulations authored by Supreme Court Advocate and Senior Legal Advisor of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali, at the Lahore High Court.
The ceremony was attended by Director General LDA Tahir Farooq as the chief guest, along with retired judges, senior advocates, office-bearers of various bar associations, members of the Pakistan Bar Council, legislators, and a large number of members of the legal fraternity.
The participants commended Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali for his valuable contribution to legal scholarship and congratulated him on the publication of the book's second edition. Speakers described the publication as a comprehensive reference on LDA rules and regulations that will serve as a valuable resource for young lawyers, legal professionals, and the public.
Speaking on the occasion, DG LDA Tahir Farooq termed the book an authoritative compilation of LDA laws and regulations, adding that stronger coordination between the judiciary and the LDA ultimately benefits the public.

چیئرمین APOAA میاں محمد رفیق کی جانب سے لکھے گئے ایک خط میں ملک بھر کے تمام آؤٹ ڈور میڈیا مالکان اور مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز سے اپیل کی گئی ہے کہ انڈسٹری میں وفاقی سطح کے مسائل کو لے کر اپنی تجاویز باقاعدہ تحریر کے ذریعے APOAA کو 5 جون تک ارسال کر دیں۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کے ایڈورٹائزرز کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ 40 سال بعد ایسا موقع آیا ہے کہ آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز کو حکومتِ پاکستان نے پالیسی سازی میں اپنی سفارشات دینے کے لیے بلایا ہے۔ لہذا ہر ایڈورٹائزر سے کھلے دل سے اپیل ہے کہ آگے بڑھ کر انڈسٹری کی ترقی اور فلاح میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں۔
40 سالہ آؤٹ آف ہوم انڈسٹری کو پہلی بار قومی بجٹ سازی میں باضابطہ نمائندگی مل گئی
تاریخی پیش رفتاسلام آباد: پاکستان کی 40 سال سے زائد پرانی آؤٹ آف ہوم (Out of Home) ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کے لیے ایک تاریخی اور یادگار لمحہ اُس وقت رقم ہوا جب وفاقی حکومت نے آل پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز ایسوسی ایشن (APOAA) کو مالی سال 2026-27 کے وفاقی بجٹ کے لیے بطور اسٹیک ہولڈر اپنی سفارشات اور تجاویز پیش کرنے کی باضابطہ دعوت دے دی۔
یہ صرف ایک دعوت نہیں بلکہ اُن ہزاروں افراد اور کاروباری اداروں کی محنت، شناخت اور وقار کا اعتراف ہے جو گزشتہ چار دہائیوں سے پاکستان کی معیشت، کاروبار اور تشہیری شعبے کا اہم ستون رہے ہیں۔ پہلی مرتبہ آؤٹ آف ہوم ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کو یہ اعزاز حاصل ہوا ہے کہ حکومت نے اسے پالیسی سازی کے عمل میں شریک کرتے ہوئے اُس کی آواز کو قومی سطح پر سنا جانے کا حق دیا ہے۔
ماہرین کے مطابق یہ پیش رفت اس صنعت کی محض پہچان نہیں بلکہ اس کے وقار، اعتماد اور اہمیت کا سرکاری اعتراف بھی ہے۔ برسوں سے ایڈورٹائزرز کا یہ خواب تھا کہ ان کے مسائل، تجاویز اور تجربات اُن ایوانوں تک پہنچیں جہاں قومی معاشی پالیسیاں تشکیل دی جاتی ہیں۔ آج یہ خواب حقیقت کا روپ دھار چکا ہے۔
اس موقع پر APOAA کے بانی و چیئرمین نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ یہ کامیابی کسی ایک فرد کی نہیں بلکہ پورے ملک کے ایڈورٹائزرز، ایسوسی ایشن کی ٹیم اور اُن تمام ساتھیوں کی مشترکہ جدوجہد کا نتیجہ ہے جنہوں نے صنعت کو ایک منظم اور باوقار شناخت دلانے کے لیے مسلسل کوششیں کیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ آؤٹ آف ہوم انڈسٹری اپنے مستقبل سے متعلق فیصلوں میں فعال کردار ادا کرے اور اپنی ترقی، سرمایہ کاری اور روزگار سے متعلق تجاویز خود مرتب کرکے حکومت تک پہنچائے۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کی تمام مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز، علاقائی تنظیموں اور انفرادی ایڈورٹائزرز سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ 5 جون تک اپنے مفید مشورے اور سفارشات APOAA کو ارسال کریں تاکہ صنعت کی اجتماعی آواز کو قومی بجٹ سازی کے عمل میں مؤثر انداز میں شامل کیا جا سکے۔

An APOAA delegation visited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where an MOU was signed for the inclusion of all outdoor advertisers of the province into the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA).
The APOAA delegation was led by Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, accompanied by Senior Vice Chairman Mian Naeem Taj and Sr. Executive Members Imran Jaffery and Executive Member Irfan Khawar Dar. The delegation received a warm welcome in accordance with traditional Pashtun culture. Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique was honored with a traditional turban ceremony and presented with gifts as a mark of respect.
The delegation was hosted by Rahat Khan, President of the KPK Association, along with his son Junaid Khan, Director of RACO and Executive Member of APOAA.
During the visit, the APOAA delegation explained in detail its efforts and the significance of taking the outdoor advertising industry to the federation level. The advertisers of KPK expressed their satisfaction over the formation of APOAA and stated that such unity was greatly needed.

چیئرمین APOAA میاں محمد رفیق کی جانب سے لکھے گئے ایک خط میں ملک بھر کے تمام آؤٹ ڈور میڈیا مالکان اور مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز سے اپیل کی گئی ہے کہ انڈسٹری میں وفاقی سطح کے مسائل کو لے کر اپنی تجاویز باقاعدہ تحریر کے ذریعے APOAA کو 5 جون تک ارسال کر دیں۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کے ایڈورٹائزرز کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ 40 سال بعد ایسا موقع آیا ہے کہ آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز کو حکومتِ پاکستان نے پالیسی سازی میں اپنی سفارشات دینے کے لیے بلایا ہے۔ لہذا ہر ایڈورٹائزر سے کھلے دل سے اپیل ہے کہ آگے بڑھ کر انڈسٹری کی ترقی اور فلاح میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں۔
40 سالہ آؤٹ آف ہوم انڈسٹری کو پہلی بار قومی بجٹ سازی میں باضابطہ نمائندگی مل گئی
تاریخی پیش رفتاسلام آباد: پاکستان کی 40 سال سے زائد پرانی آؤٹ آف ہوم (Out of Home) ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کے لیے ایک تاریخی اور یادگار لمحہ اُس وقت رقم ہوا جب وفاقی حکومت نے آل پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز ایسوسی ایشن (APOAA) کو مالی سال 2026-27 کے وفاقی بجٹ کے لیے بطور اسٹیک ہولڈر اپنی سفارشات اور تجاویز پیش کرنے کی باضابطہ دعوت دے دی۔
یہ صرف ایک دعوت نہیں بلکہ اُن ہزاروں افراد اور کاروباری اداروں کی محنت، شناخت اور وقار کا اعتراف ہے جو گزشتہ چار دہائیوں سے پاکستان کی معیشت، کاروبار اور تشہیری شعبے کا اہم ستون رہے ہیں۔ پہلی مرتبہ آؤٹ آف ہوم ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کو یہ اعزاز حاصل ہوا ہے کہ حکومت نے اسے پالیسی سازی کے عمل میں شریک کرتے ہوئے اُس کی آواز کو قومی سطح پر سنا جانے کا حق دیا ہے۔
ماہرین کے مطابق یہ پیش رفت اس صنعت کی محض پہچان نہیں بلکہ اس کے وقار، اعتماد اور اہمیت کا سرکاری اعتراف بھی ہے۔ برسوں سے ایڈورٹائزرز کا یہ خواب تھا کہ ان کے مسائل، تجاویز اور تجربات اُن ایوانوں تک پہنچیں جہاں قومی معاشی پالیسیاں تشکیل دی جاتی ہیں۔ آج یہ خواب حقیقت کا روپ دھار چکا ہے۔
اس موقع پر APOAA کے بانی و چیئرمین نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ یہ کامیابی کسی ایک فرد کی نہیں بلکہ پورے ملک کے ایڈورٹائزرز، ایسوسی ایشن کی ٹیم اور اُن تمام ساتھیوں کی مشترکہ جدوجہد کا نتیجہ ہے جنہوں نے صنعت کو ایک منظم اور باوقار شناخت دلانے کے لیے مسلسل کوششیں کیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ آؤٹ آف ہوم انڈسٹری اپنے مستقبل سے متعلق فیصلوں میں فعال کردار ادا کرے اور اپنی ترقی، سرمایہ کاری اور روزگار سے متعلق تجاویز خود مرتب کرکے حکومت تک پہنچائے۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کی تمام مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز، علاقائی تنظیموں اور انفرادی ایڈورٹائزرز سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ 5 جون تک اپنے مفید مشورے اور سفارشات APOAA کو ارسال کریں تاکہ صنعت کی اجتماعی آواز کو قومی بجٹ سازی کے عمل میں مؤثر انداز میں شامل کیا جا سکے۔

چیئرمین APOAA میاں محمد رفیق کی جانب سے لکھے گئے ایک خط میں ملک بھر کے تمام آؤٹ ڈور میڈیا مالکان اور مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز سے اپیل کی گئی ہے کہ انڈسٹری میں وفاقی سطح کے مسائل کو لے کر اپنی تجاویز باقاعدہ تحریر کے ذریعے APOAA کو 5 جون تک ارسال کر دیں۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کے ایڈورٹائزرز کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ 40 سال بعد ایسا موقع آیا ہے کہ آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز کو حکومتِ پاکستان نے پالیسی سازی میں اپنی سفارشات دینے کے لیے بلایا ہے۔ لہذا ہر ایڈورٹائزر سے کھلے دل سے اپیل ہے کہ آگے بڑھ کر انڈسٹری کی ترقی اور فلاح میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں۔

تاریخی پیش رفتاسلام آباد: پاکستان کی 40 سال سے زائد پرانی آؤٹ آف ہوم (Out of Home) ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کے لیے ایک تاریخی اور یادگار لمحہ اُس وقت رقم ہوا جب وفاقی حکومت نے آل پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزرز ایسوسی ایشن (APOAA) کو مالی سال 2026-27 کے وفاقی بجٹ کے لیے بطور اسٹیک ہولڈر اپنی سفارشات اور تجاویز پیش کرنے کی باضابطہ دعوت دے دی۔
یہ صرف ایک دعوت نہیں بلکہ اُن ہزاروں افراد اور کاروباری اداروں کی محنت، شناخت اور وقار کا اعتراف ہے جو گزشتہ چار دہائیوں سے پاکستان کی معیشت، کاروبار اور تشہیری شعبے کا اہم ستون رہے ہیں۔ پہلی مرتبہ آؤٹ آف ہوم ایڈورٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کو یہ اعزاز حاصل ہوا ہے کہ حکومت نے اسے پالیسی سازی کے عمل میں شریک کرتے ہوئے اُس کی آواز کو قومی سطح پر سنا جانے کا حق دیا ہے۔
ماہرین کے مطابق یہ پیش رفت اس صنعت کی محض پہچان نہیں بلکہ اس کے وقار، اعتماد اور اہمیت کا سرکاری اعتراف بھی ہے۔ برسوں سے ایڈورٹائزرز کا یہ خواب تھا کہ ان کے مسائل، تجاویز اور تجربات اُن ایوانوں تک پہنچیں جہاں قومی معاشی پالیسیاں تشکیل دی جاتی ہیں۔ آج یہ خواب حقیقت کا روپ دھار چکا ہے۔
اس موقع پر APOAA کے بانی و چیئرمین نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ یہ کامیابی کسی ایک فرد کی نہیں بلکہ پورے ملک کے ایڈورٹائزرز، ایسوسی ایشن کی ٹیم اور اُن تمام ساتھیوں کی مشترکہ جدوجہد کا نتیجہ ہے جنہوں نے صنعت کو ایک منظم اور باوقار شناخت دلانے کے لیے مسلسل کوششیں کیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ آؤٹ آف ہوم انڈسٹری اپنے مستقبل سے متعلق فیصلوں میں فعال کردار ادا کرے اور اپنی ترقی، سرمایہ کاری اور روزگار سے متعلق تجاویز خود مرتب کرکے حکومت تک پہنچائے۔
چیئرمین APOAA نے ملک بھر کی تمام مقامی ایسوسی ایشنز، علاقائی تنظیموں اور انفرادی ایڈورٹائزرز سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ 5 جون تک اپنے مفید مشورے اور سفارشات APOAA کو ارسال کریں تاکہ صنعت کی اجتماعی آواز کو قومی بجٹ سازی کے عمل میں مؤثر انداز میں شامل کیا جا سکے۔

In line with its vision, APOAA has reached an understanding to enhance mutual cooperation with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
Founder and Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, along with his delegation, met with Brigadier (R) Atta ur Rahman, Executive Director Marketing & Sales of DHA. During the meeting, the Founder and Chairman provided a brief introduction of the association and assured full cooperation with DHA.
The APOAA delegation further briefed the formation and objectives of the association, noting that APOAA has been established with a federal-level mandate for Pakistan, as previously only local and provincial-level associations were operating, which lacked sufficient authority and impact.
The Executive Director highlighted various vacant sites across different sectors of DHA and stated that while they are not in favor of installing billboards everywhere, innovative ideas would be welcomed—provided that the aesthetic beauty of DHA is maintained.
Additionally, the Executive Director requested APOAA to support in the recovery of funds from registered advertisers. In response, the APOAA delegation assured full cooperation upon receiving the necessary details for recovery.
Karachi Media Owners Delegation Visit

A delegation of leading media owners from Karachi visited the APOAA office, congratulating Chairman Mian Rafique on the establishment of All Pakistan Outdoor Advertising Association (APOAA) and extending an invitation for him to visit Karachi.
The primary purpose of the advertisers’ visit was to offer condolences on the passing of Chairman Mian Rafique’s son, the late Hafiz Owais. After a prayer for the departed soul, the media owners engaged in an open discussion regarding the formation of APOAA. Chairman APOAA and his team responded to their queries in detail, particularly highlighting the registration with DGTO and the significance and effectiveness of APOAA at the federal level.
The distinguished media owners from Karachi expressed strong support for the establishment of an association like APOAA and showed satisfaction with the efforts of Mian Rafique. They formally invited him, along with his executive members, to visit Karachi. In response, the Chairman APOAA thanked the Karachi delegation and assured them that a visit to Karachi would be scheduled soon.

All stakeholders of the Out-of-Home (OOH) industry expressed their full confidence in the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertising Association (APOAA). Senior members of the industry participated in the MYB OOH Media Awards unveiling 2026 ceremony held at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event was organized by MYB’s Chaudhry Irfan Yousaf and Chaudhry Imran. Distinguished guests included APOAA Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, senior leader Imran Jaffery, senior advertiser Chaudhry Liaquat, Nisar Ahmed (former Ad King), and Sharif Sahib (Master Publicity).
The primary objective of the event was to honor and recognize the pioneers, senior members, and emerging advertisers of the OOH industry, while appreciating their contributions. Industry pioneer advertiser Imran Jaffery, in his speech, stated that 25 to 30 years ago, they had worked to bring respect to this industry, but there were always some gaps. However, with the establishment of APOAA and the leadership of Mian Muhammad Rafique, those gaps have now been effectively addressed.
APOAA Executive Member Fahad Sheikh said that digital media is overtaking traditional newspapers and TV channel advertising, but outdoor media is set to become a central pillar of advertising in the near future. Therefore, the responsibility of APOAA is becoming even greater. He also announced that APOAA membership has officially begun and invited all stakeholders, along with district and provincial associations, to join.
In his closing remarks, the Chairman of APOAA expressed special thanks to MYB for their warm hospitality and affirmed that APOAA will stand shoulder to shoulder with all associations and advertisers whenever needed.

President of Lahore Press Club, Arshad Ansari, acknowledged APOAA and outdoor advertising as an important part of the media and assured full cooperation in every possible way. The President of Lahore Press Club stated that APOAA will not be left alone in any difficult situation. APOAA Group Insurance Initiative
Welfare Update
Welfare Launch: APOAA has started the process of regular group insurance to protect the future of the working class Labours of the outdoor advertising industry through State Life Corporation of Pakistan. In this regard, a meeting of the Executive Committee was held under the chairmanship of the Association with representatives of State Life Corporation of Pakistan in which various insurance policies were observed.
Phased Implementation: Initially some labours will be insured in beginning, who will be selected on the recommendation of APOAA members. Then, expanding its scope, this facility will be provided to all labours through the concerned advertiser. The insurance will be fully paid from APOAA funds.
Strategic Approval: The Executive Committee members approved the purchase of the insurance policy and paid tribute to the Chairman Association for presenting this great idea. On this occasion, Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique said that the association's policies will start with the welfare of small workers (labours) and its fruits will be delivered to the owners.
Nationwide Collaboration: Senior Vice Chairman Mian Muhammad Naeem Taj stressed on convening a grand meeting as soon as possible in view of the country's situation, in which esteemed members from across the country will be invited. Vice Chairman Mohsin Perviaz Siddique also fully supported this.
Committee Formation: In today's meeting, a three-member committee was formed to finalize preparations, which includes Secretary General Arfan Khawar Dar, Media Executive Nadeem Zaeem, and Coordinator Mian Amanullah.

APOAA First Executive Body Meeting

The executive body meeting of All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) was held at its head office DHA Lahore, presided over by Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique.
The association has officially registered with the Directorate General Trade Organization (DGTO), following the mission of "One Voice One Vision" to bring the OOH industry to international standards.
